"What is Love?" unit
Monday:
Read two dictionary definitions and the Wikipedia entry on love, as well as Maria Popova, "What is Love? Famous Definitions from 400 Years of Literary History" and the Wikipedia entry on the biological basis of love. Citing at least 2 sources and any relevant experience, write a 1-page definition of love that answers the following questions: is love objective or subjective? Are the distinctions some make between different types of love significant? (If you use the terms "state of mind" or "state of consciousness," explain/define those further.)
